Big Jubilee Launch

Great news… and a very important date for your diaries!

We are inviting everyone to celebrate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee with us on Sunday 5 June at our historic lifeboat shed in Brims, on the beautiful island of Hoy. 

We are planning a family friendly day of fun and excitement, including the launch (weather permitting) of vintage lifeboat the Thomas McCunn for the first time since the visit of our patron, The Princess Royal, in September 2019.

Please join us for our Big Jubilee Launch which will coincide with Big Jubilee Lunch events across the UK.

Delicious refreshments & home baking will be served by the Longhope Lifeboat Guild.
